Please Note:

  • Rental rates above are not inclusive of staffing and catering packages.

  • Any Sunday during a holiday weekend will be charged the In-Season Saturday rate.

  • New Year’s Eve events will be subject to In-Season Saturday rates.

  • Site visits are by appointment only and must be requested and confirmed by e-mail.

  • LM Catering & Events is happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions. Please talk to a member of our sales team regarding details.

  • Only signed contracts with deposits will be guaranteed space & services.

  • Credit cards are accepted with a 3% fee.

  • Rights of entry, catering services, and alcohol are exclusively held by LM Catering & Events.

What’s Included in the Rental Rate?

  • A designated Venue Manager leading up to and the day of your event

  • Seven sixty siz inch round tables

  • Sixty five Smoked Ghost chairs

  • China, glassware, flatware, and all service and kitchen equipment are included.

    • Equipment for any package add-ons will be an additional charge

  • A complimentary tasting for your wedding is available for up to 4 attendees with a signed contract.

  • Use of your entire rental space with access to private restrooms

  • Elevator access

  • Custom bar

  • Event Security

  • Unobstructed views of River North and State Street
